Yoga

As well, as arty things. I’m a qualified yin yoga teacher.

Yin yoga, it’s a great introduction to yoga, the flow keeps you moving from asana to asana, linking each pose to your breath of inhales and exhales. The flow of movements is smooth and continuous, which can help you stay present. Especially, if you are like me - I have the tendency to wander off. This type of yoga is not restricted to the same flow, its keeps you on your toes and you leave feeling refreshed.
